Sometimes its not how hard you try, but how much u expected it to be. Things doesn't always goes as smoothly as u planned it to be, no matter how much effort u put in. If life is always a bed of roses, i guess there wouldn't be life at all. So.. i've learnt to get over it, and i'll just continue to strive in what i believe in. Hopefully it will be the same for you QAD. Humans are humans, that's where human error comes about.

Having an early morning flight to chiang mai tml, departing at 840am. So i needa report at 640am. Somehow i'm used to waking up early in the morning. Just that i need to pray every night that my alarm clock doesn't fail on me.

Will be catching a movie with dear in the aftnoon aft i touch down. Something to look forward to, at least. =) Congratz deardear for finally passing out today, for a long-awaited 6 mths. hees..

Thanks alot to debbie for the little prayer she did for me today. Hopefully i'll be blessed with a good flight. =)

Just had a very fulfiling dinner over at Newton Circus with Diana, Jermaine, Jean, Eunice and Cheryl after our graduation rehearsal! The 6 of us actually shared 2 plates of stingray, sotong, fried kang kong, oyster sause kailan, chicken wings, satay, and fried oyster egg!!! So guilty but shiok sia! hehes.. Think soon we all can join PPFSS club. =p

Today had our Service Excellence workshop. It was a very refreshing and fun course. And it makes me realize that actually my batch isn't as bad i thought it would be. We all did grew closer as the days goes. Especially after our 2 OJT flights, we tend to treasure one another more. Just before our class ended, we had a game call the "Affirmative Bomb". In this game, we have to speak the good points of the person for 25 seconds. Everyone of course got very postive comments unexpectedly, including myself. Eventually, one girl started crying, followed by a few others...... A few hugs were exchanged as well. =)

I used to dread every training session, and prayed that days would pass faster. However, as the graduation draws nearer, i wish that the training can be extended..... Life is so ironic.

In a blink of an eye, my 2 OJTs are over! Yesterday was my first OJT to Phuket. It was a very rushing flight and i'm so damn blur! Didn really know what to do. But the returning sector was better cos i have an overview of what to do during the going sector to phuket. I have a nice senior attached to me and really thankful for that. =) However, there are times where i felt so demoralized. Shall not elaborate too much here anywaez..

Here's the pic i took ydae before setting off to the airport:

Self-protrait. =p

Today's flight to Chiang Mai is a goodie good flight! All crews and seniors are super nice. My senior that is attached to me today is a very patient senior! I was blur as well, but she is so nice to teach me everything from head to bottom. At least she allows me to build up my own confidence before i attempt to try out any service. Today flight is 3-hr flight, therefore there are also sufficient time for more learning. Am really thankful today. =)=) Really learnt alot today and hopefully i can be less and less blur as time goes. *pray hard*!

Last SEP test tml and everything will be ending! Tml will be our Aircraft Type conversion test and it will mark the end of our SEP training~~~ =) A long and tiring but definitely a very fruitful 3-week training! Although tml is the last test, i simply have no mood to study for it. Just hope for a simple paper and that i can just pass it =p

Some more pics here cos i duno wat else to write. It has been a very very busy week for me! Tests coming every 2 to 3 days.. Phew~! Went to Fadz house today to do our graduation banner! We were all genius to be able to finish it within half a day! Thanks to effort put in by Fadz, Fizah, Jermaine, Cheryl, Eunice, Jessica and ME! =D

It was indeed a very fun and interesting 4.5 days class studying biology, pathology, physiology, injuries, splinting, bandaging, pumping chest and thrusting! Not forgetting our very own interpretation of LOC (Level of consciousness), our dear Miss "Shock" Fadz, and the need for CPR and ABCROM! And we didn break the record for Mr Murali (our FA trainer) cos he said that his class hardly has anyone failed. And we proved him right!! =) All of us pass our prac and theory! Batch 63 do rocks at times, so dun owaz complaint and no praise. =p

I just received my big eye contacts ydae and i wear it to class today! Some said it look scary, some say its nice, some say its cute! haha.. anywae here goes:

I miss my poly life!

It is so irony that i somehow enjoyed training now. But still.. I duno what i'm doing at times. Been feeling down these few days, also duno y. Nothing triggers it, and life is improving, yet i can't help feeling like tt. Am i going crazy?
Friday, November 10, 2006

I felt that i'm getting fatter, and heavier. Cos my tummy is growing in size, and i gained almost 2kg. Haiz.. so sinful. Ate alot today!! But i can't help it cos i always have a huge appetite during pms... =/ Luckily pms is over. =p

Today had our first-aid lesson, and its only half-day! Hahaz.. Quite fun although it is juz theory, cos our trainer is a good. At least he doesn't show faces, but he's definitely a law-by-law person. Felt like attending bio class anywae. Only hands-on is to practice doing the one-man CPR, and actually the dummy is quite bouncy lah. Was wondering if it were to perform on real human, the chest cnnt depress until like that lor.

Went over to Diana's house later in the aftnoon to practice our dances and finish up the door gifts for our graduation. Although i had no chance to practice my dance steps, which is a chinese dance, but had a huge sense of satisfaction finishing up the door gifts!! =D We spent so much time cutting and drawing, and took up 3 hours to finish the parts. Tml we'r going to assemble them! Hope to get it over and done with.. Sighh...

Politics and zapping. Tiring..
Wednesday, November 08, 2006

Phew.. finally, today mark the end of SEP training. No more jumping of slides, no more ditching, no more safety stuff! Finally its over.. can't explain the relief in me.. =/ No matter wat's the outcome of the test, i'm not really interested.

Off day tml! =) going to collect my uniform with Wee, and then together we'll hunt singapore! hehes..

Been very very tired these few days for SEP. Physically bah. Mentally i'm already exhausted, so there wun be anything worse. haha... Whatever.

Met a sickening old pervert on bus today! Filthy old man!~ Kaoz. Lucky he din touch me, or else i swear i'll push him down the freaking stairs! Duno y some ppl juz like to behave so pervertly! Just Get Lost~!

Ditching evacuation is fun! We have to jumped from a mock aircraft of abt 2 storey high into a 3m deep pool in our uniform! of cos lifevest is provided! but still it is scary when u look down from the top, cos the pool seemed to be very dark blue~ I remembered freaking out at the jump during one of my interviews.

I reckoned that it is the anticipation that kills. This time i jumped without thinking twice and *ta dah* i'm in the water already. Fully submerged and den floats up to the top within 2 seconds. Have to swim using back stroke all the way to the end of the pool which is 1.2m. Aft which, we have to practice to pull our "incapicitated passengers" by the neck area, and this requires us to swim back to the 3m part! -.-!

Anywae after the jump, everything went quite well. =) We also did a lotus-formation thing where 4 or 5 of us hug one another in a circle, an attempt to keep one another warm in the water. We have to stay put in that position for 2 mins, and mdm rose said it was very nice to look from the top, cos it looked like a flower formation~ =)

The last drill requires us to swim to a slide raft and climb up the raft from the side. It is the most difficult drill to perform cos of the obstruction of our bulky lifevest in front of us, and the inertia to climb up in the middle of the pool is great. Nevertheless, everyone succeeded. =)

Tml and wed is BIG sep test! After these 2 days, i can relax until Sat. =) Til then.. off to MUGGGGGG.
Sunday, November 05, 2006

i'm sinking... sinking... and sinking to an endless pit.

tml's finally ditching. after wed i can stop the med and let my menses out. so that my pms can be over.

hate... hate... hate...

bitches.

Life's been very empty... and lonely..

Simply hate what i'm doing now, but i shall endure.

No one exactly know how i'm surviving inside.

Emptiness.

If only clubbing is a success.

Today land evacuation drill is fun! We did a scenario and acted out the whole procedure from normal inflight service, to captain making an emergency landing announcement, to demonstration of brace position, and to direct passengers to the exits!

Basically 5 ppl will be chosen to act as Cabin-in-charge, and stewardess 1 to 4. The rest of us will played passengers where we have to follow instructions from the cabin crew to evacuate! It was so fun.. Everyone of us were screaming to liven up the whole atmosphere! and the whole mock plane has many sound and lighting effects to make things seem so real~ hehes.

So when captain shouted "Evacuate! Evacuate!", we'll follow instructions and then really jump off the escape slides! =D hehes. I was appointed as the CIC in one of the scenario, where i have to brief my crew and do liasing with captain. When its time to evacuate, my door outside is on fire, so i have to shout "No exit! Go across! Go across!" It was so fun!! =D
